Excellent job working on a commercial building for us. There was extensive remodel work that needed to be done. It was great to work with Brad and his team. We would use them again for sure.

Bushman construction built our 8000 square-foot home and 2014. And this year we had him build our 1,800 square-foot one-bedroom pool house plus the surrounding area. He brought services to the new job site and did all the excavation work. Brad Bushman is very professional, He started the project on time and finish the project on time.

Brad Bushman has high integrity (good quality to have in the construction industry) I always enjoyed his positive attitude and work ethic. He was able to tackle problems uncovered in a difficult remodel/reconstruction job with a smile and with great solutions - works with good architects and sub contractors. Thanks for your hard work!

We knew we wanted Bushman Const. To do the remodel on our 130 year old family home, when he walked through it, he not only saw our vision for it, but improved on our ideas. His main crew were respectful, clean and courteous to us and treated our home with respect and gentleness. The sub contractors were knowledgeable and did great work. Brad was honest and timely in his dealings with us. This was a major re-model and required expertise in many areas. We removed brick walls, took off the roof, replaced the plumbing, heating systems, added air conditioning and updated electrical. Brad had the expertise we needed and did an amazing job for us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a job done right.

I hired Brad to general and to consult while building our dream house. Brad not only provided good guidance but his construction teams, I used throughout the various aspects of the home, were clean and thorough. A very utilitarian/functional home, yet high end quality. It was rated as one of the most energy efficient homes in Utah when evaluated even with the indoor pool. It has geothermal heating and plumbed for solar. As a woman, I enjoyed working with his crew. This was a very intense experience as we had deadlines for occupation. Not only deadlines, we were dealing with the housing market drop. In this climate, despite some subs going out of business, others failing to maintain their integrity, and other factors, Brad maintained his integrity, quality and dependability. We have enjoyed our home the last six years without any major issues.

Brad is honest and he knows his business. We hired Brad to build a 1600 square foot addition to our home. Actually, it is a 1600 square foot pool house that includes an equipment room for the swimming pool, a storage room, a party room, kitchen, laundry, three dressing rooms, a shower and restroom, and a guest bedroom. The construction is pretty conventional but we do have high vaulted ceilings and an arched roof built over the patio area. This involved special fabrication of a curved steel beam. Brad made it all work. Later we hired Brad to build a deck on the back of our home. Good work again.

Bushman Construction has done several projects for us. They are professional. They do quality work. And they are on budget. They provide creative solutions when problems are encountered on renovations and are respectful of schedule and time. We will work with them again.
